Sarah Williment - Founder

As an organisational development and systems coach, I take my greatest enjoyment and reward from enabling people to find ways to be their best selves at work, and in life more broadly. My work is grounded in a whole systems and dialogic approach, enabling people to explore and build deeper understanding and connection, and greater trust with others.

My commitment is to support clients in creating teams and organisations within which everyone can fulfil their true potential, achieve sustainable change, and find joy in their work, regardless of role, level, background, education, or culture.

I have held leadership roles within the public and private sectors, specifically education, where I led a government funded £70 million learning technology programme. I subsequently worked in skills development, e-learning, and educational policy, and played a key role, in the early 2000’s in establishing learndirect - the UK’s leading online course provider.

I am an experienced ILM Certified Coach and Mentor. I am also a qualified Strengthscope Practitioner – a scientifically validated assessment tool that identifies and measures individuals' and teams' unique strengths, enabling them to achieve their best performance and well-being. It offers actionable insights that help to foster collaboration, resilience, and engagement by focusing on what as unique human beings we naturally do best. In my work as a team coach, I bring my UpAGear Accreditation, which offers teams a structured process designed to support their development by aligning team goals with individual strengths and fostering accountability. It is a highly beneficial process that promotes continuous improvement, collaboration, and clarity, helping teams achieve sustained high performance.

I have consulted in many sectors including manufacturing, design, engineering, sport, education, research, and a range of charities and social enterprise. I live in Bath, and am a Director for a community interest company, Bath Bridge, focused on addressing the digital divide in the city. I am also Programme Director for the Bath Future Talent Programme - a community-based leadership development programme. I have recently joined Bath City FC Foundation as a Trustee.

My experience, skills, and capabilities are complemented by a group of excellent, highly experienced associate consultants.
