Our clients

We work with clients across all sectors. Regardless of the size of your organisation and the challenges you may currently be facing, we bring a deep level of care, commitment, and expertise, together with a genuine desire to support you in being at your best, whatever the context.

  • University of Bath - Doctoral College

In 2024, we launched the Bath LEAD (Lead, Evolve, Accelerate, Develop) Programme, a leadership development initiative for late-stage doctoral students and early career researchers. The five-day programme, delivered over five months, helps participants build leadership skills in navigating complexity and change. Each participant also engages in an action learning set between workshops, addressing real-world challenges from within their own work contexts. The programme returns in January 2025 to continue supporting early career researchers in their professional development.

  • Designability

Over several months, we worked with Designability, a UK charity helping disabled people live independently, to evolve their organisational culture and align with their core values. We worked with the entire team, providing space to explore their identity and values. Participants explored their understanding of what mattered most, shared stories about their culture, and examined their beliefs and assumptions. They considered their habits, behaviours, systems, and processes, to shape and stengthen their internal culture and build greater agency in everyone.

  • Bath Bridge

We design and deliver an annual community-led leadership development programme for Bath Bridge, a local community interest company tackling divides within Bath. The Bath Future Talent Programme, now in its ninth year, supports and develops leaders who shape this World Heritage city. In 2024, we hosted our largest cohort of 21 participants in a four-module (12 days) programme, helping them deepen their understanding of their roles as leaders and navigate uncertainty, complexity, and change. Participants also receive four 1-1 coaching sessions, two business mentoring sessions, and contribute to a social project addressing the digital divide in Bath’s local communities.

  • 3SG BaNES

In 2023, we established a partnership with 3SG Bath & North-East Somerset (BaNES) – an independent membership network supporting the charity, social enterprise, faith, and voluntary sectors with over 225 members - 3SG offers advocacy and strategic representation, facilitates cross-sector and cross community partnerships, as well as providing learning and development support.

We are supporting 3SG in many ways through the provision of leadership and team development and the facilitation of a group of charities working in the integrated healthcare sector within BaNES, as the local authority shifts to a new commissioning model in 2024-25.
